Hello, we are Olha and Sergii, artists from Ukraine. We graduated in the early 2010s from the Mykhailo Boychuk State Institute of Decorative Arts and Design in Kyiv (now the Mykhailo Boychuk State Academy of Decorative Arts and Design in Kyiv). For over 15 years, we have dedicated our energy and creativity to creating works of art. Our artistic interests lie in sacred art and icon painting (icons, goldwork, and wood carvings), monumental and decorative painting, portraiture, landscape painting, still life painting, abstract painting, symbolic compositions, and interior murals. In addition to our own works, we have also completed numerous commissions from private individuals around the world (including Russia, the USA, Israel, Korea, Venezuela, Kazakhstan, Germany, Greece, and Norway) for icons in the Byzantine and Old Russian styles. In our artistic practice, we seek new artistic means of expression within the Orthodox icon tradition that are relevant to our time, while preserving the fundamental principles of this tradition. The aim of our art is to convey the beauty of the world created by God.
