I was born and live in Greece I have been a self-taught hagiographer since 1999. I am influenced by the classic Byzantine icons, but I try to put personal elements in my work, such as the carving on many of my icons. They are 100% handmade. I use aged linden woods and paint with egg tempera like the Byzantine hagiographers. I have had solo exhibitions in many cities in Greece and my works adorn many private and public galleries.
