Rafał Olszewski

I am motivated to create art by an internal need, I am inspired by many things every day, music, especially jazz, masters of the past and today, as well as photography.

My art represents two nurts: figurative and abstracts.

The energetic, colourful works use highly varied painting techniques to create abstract compositions. Abstract works are textural, with layers of paint added over long periods of time.

I am inspired by Eastern and Western art history. Through my paintings, I convey an essence of life, emotion and the universe.
