Anna Derevyanko

Anna Zhuk (Derevyanko), was born in Kharkiv, Ukraine on April 28, 1993.
I started painting in 2021 when I moved to live in Italy. Painting has always been my passion, but before I was only an observer, one day I decided to try it myself as a hobby. I learned art from different masters found on the Internet. Then it was not enough for me and I started to create something of my own.
Mostly the themes of my works are nature, animals and people, but I don't want to stop there and I already have some ideas.
I don’t have my own specific direction yet, I try myself in different styles, themes and techniques. In my work I display moments that impress me for certain reasons. I first think over the emerging idea in my head, then I reproduce it on the canvas with the changes that occur during the painting.
I'm a very emotional and romantic person, often the colors with which I convey my idea reflect my mood at that moment.
