Donatella Nardari

I have drawn since I can remember. Recently I have had the time to commit to painting on a more regular basis. Though I love oil and acrylic paint, I am limited to using pastels due to an allergic reaction to the above.

I grew up in South Africa where I studied music. I continued towards a teaching career and my art was very much a sideline activity. I did, however, in my spare time, attend art workshops which I felt could equip me with ways and methods of making images.

I participate on an on-and-off basis in group exhibits. I have recently (Dec/Jan'24) taken part in an exhibit in Frisanco, Italy: "Artisti Contemporanei" as well as at the JvH Art Gallery in Pretoria.
I have had two solo exhibits in Italy, respectively in 2017 "Colori" in San Vendemiano and in 2019 "Rocambole" in Stevenà di Caneva.
