As a local artist I paint in oil and working large to enhance the grand scale of landscapes in the Rio Grande Valley, Texas. Graduating with a BFA from Minneapolis College of Art and Design, I earned a teaching certification from Middlebury College in Vermont. I show my work extensively in South Texas. My subject of local landscape has been a celebrated choice, affording me exposure in many galleries, museums, restaurants, and stores. I’m in a unique position to have experienced many venues: art walks, public art shows, galleries, museums and networking with other local artists, homeowners, collectors, and tourists.
