Searching for the truth
I was born on 10 July 1970 in Skierniewice (Poland). In 2007 I graduated from the Academy of Fine Arts in Lodz. I studied at the Faculty of Graphics and Painting. I completed my university years by receiving a diploma with honours in the painting studio of professor Marian Kępiński and assistant professor Gabriel Kołat. I have been painting since then. My main focus is painting, drawing and graphics. The man I present through portraits, nudes and symbolic images has become the inspiration for my work. In painting, I look for the truth in my own expression, based on my personal experiences, emotional states and relations between me and the person portrayed.
