Tamara Budai

Originally from Ukraine, I now split my time between Ukraine and Europe. There came a moment when my life and my mindset underwent a profound transformation. I began to do what I had never done before—something I was never taught and had never practiced.

A lawyer and financier by profession, I started to paint at the calling of my soul. I have only recently picked up a brush. As a self-taught artist, my strokes are subconscious, and my themes are born through raw feelings and sensations. I embrace experimentation. Following the flow and venturing into the unknown fills me with purpose. I paint to create aesthetics, to infuse spaces with inspiration and emotion. I paint to create Art. Art has become a fundamental part of my daily rhythm and my life. My paintings convey a spectrum of experiences: emotions, aesthetics, thoughts, and the personal beauty of sensations. They speak of inner strength or inner vulnerability.

They awaken premonitions and create a unique, personal atmosphere. My works do not represent a style. My works represent the artist.
