Mark Emery

I have spent many years working in various artistic media ranging from etchings, silk screens, figure drawing and sculpture in college to painting murals and graphic designs on recreational vehicles to landscapes, still life studies, pet portraiture and abstract compositions utilizing acrylic paints. I have also designed my own personal pen & ink holiday cards for 35 years.
Since my retirement last year, I have been concentrating primarily on two different styles of abstract paintings: one a darker series utilizing skyscraper outlines interacting with assorted geometric shapes. The other series is a form of simple, controlled doodling with a myriad of interactive playful shapes in bright and contrasting colors.
The bottom line is I enjoy creating all types of artwork and hope you will enjoy my efforts!
