Maxime Franchomme said Damax, I am a sculptor casting bronze by the process of lost wax casting.

I was born in 1981 in the Lille region in the north of France trained in self-taught.

My sculptures are simple and clean, I try to transcribe the essential, the very essence of life: Union, brotherhood, friendship, love, passion.

At the border of language, and like totems. Damax’s sculptures are reassuring to the eyes, to the heart, to life.

My work is the interpretation of a moment, of an emotion materialized in an eternal way by this beautiful matter that is bronze.

Because of their harmonious, sometimes symmetrical forms, my sculptures aim to reveal a sweet feeling of joy, fullness, happiness. As a refuge in the eyes of the soul who would come to dwell on it.
