Mel Cho

I am a passionate artist born in Germany, with Korean roots.

After graduating in fashion design (womenswear), I gained my first artistic expertise under esteemed designers such as Alexander McQueen and Issey Miyake.

Vivid personal experiences with assorted artists inspired me to step into an artistic and spiritual self-exploration.

My work exists at the intersection of art, intuition, and inner guidance. I am a visual artist and medium, working as a channel between inner worlds and visible form.

My creative process is intuitive and meditative; I do not plan my works conceptually, but allow images, sensations, and emotions to guide the outcome.

Art became a gateway through which I deepened my connection to intuition, spiritual perception, and subtle guidance. Over time, this practice expanded into my work as a medium, where listening, sensing, and trusting inner impulses are essential. These same qualities shape my artistic practice.

Materiality plays an important role in my work. I am drawn to organic processes, slow creation, and natural materials that hold symbolic meaning. My works often explore themes of self-worth, intimacy, transformation, and the relationship between human identity and inner truth.
