Luca Leto

This is my escape from the prison I carefully built for myself, serving a self-imposed sentence. The immense effort dedicated to its creation has led to its decoration with images representing the demons wich reside within it.

My artworks portray the intensity of emotions experienced during a period of imprisonment that comes and goes. Moments such as these will never be granted freedom, not even for good behavior, at best, extended hours of fresh air or house arrest. And that's okay.

I hope those who observe my paintings can grasp the inner strength necessary to overcome their own mental prisons and find liberation.
