Anisha Kotibhaskar

Anisha Kotibhaskar is a writer and an artist. She likes to bring real spaces and stories to canvas, but in a rustic way, with more focus on representation, rather than replication. Texture plays a very important role in her artworks. She works with acrylics and inks on paper, knife being her favourite tool.
Some of her favourite themes to paint are the rustic market scenes and the vast sea side settings.
She has also illustrated and written a children’s book and looks forward to creating art meant to inspire artistic tendencies in children.
