Kiran Maqsood

Born in 2000, Kiran Maqsood is a visual artist residing in Lahore, Pakistan. She earned her MFA from PUCAD in 2025, following his BFA in 2022 from Lahore College for Women University LCWU.
My artworks explores the illusion of power and perfection, where flawless images hide deeper flaws. Inspired by Mughal miniature paintings, I use their rich visuals to reflect this contrast. What looks strong and majestic often turns out to be fragile and unstable, hidden behind a façade of surface beauty. True strength lies not in the glitter, but in the truth behind it.
