Sona Saghatelyan

My focus is on the exploration of form and spatial dynamics through minimalistic and geometric compositions. I work primarily with conventional materials and techniques, including canvas, paper, wooden boards, painted with acrylics and mixed media.
As a self-taught artist, my work emerges organically, unbound by rules or techniques. At the heart of my paintings is an ongoing convergence between the silence captured in a moment and the wild beat of a racing pulse. In this intricate web of contrasts, where meanings, feelings, and perceptions collide, lies the very space I invite you to step into.
By embracing minimalism, I challenge myself to express more with less, creating space for you to pause and truly experience the quiet beauty that lies in simplicity. It’s an invitation to slow down, to let the small details speak to you. In a world that often feels crowded with noise, distractions, and overwhelming information, we need to take a pause, reflect, and discover meaning within the noise.
