Wanting to write about Mariana's art today, I would subtio underline the professional coherence that - in practice - has always characterized her, justified by the balanced linearity inherent in every work expressed in mixed technique and acrylic which reveals the autonomous expressive face .
His is a commitment to research which, however, does not go from one place to another: never dictated by chance,
shuns today's superficial and intrusive habit of others sewn to chance and appearance.
The journey of each painting includes, in fact, the same 'memory' for which Marta Geirut, poet and artist who died in 2005, if she had known her, would undoubtedly have said she was 'living paper'.

In Mariana Papara the signs of constant reflection unquestionably live where the vital moments, also composed of golden and silver foils, red/sacrifice wounds and abstract vibrations, lead the thought towards a pulsating tension not without intimate accents and now distant figural echoes , so as to evoke the 'mystery'.
The artist continues an interesting journey interpreting his own time, here he lives on the tables and on the canvases and on the papers a lyrical thought materialized by a space / color functional to his unques...
Born in Braila, Romania in 1955, Mariana Papară graduated in painting at the prestigious "Ion Andreescu" Art Academy in Cluj Napoca, subsequently obtaining the recognition of professional artist through a further and severe three-year training course, required in his country for access to the Register of the Professional Artists Union of the Romania. At the same time, she has dedicated herself to the study of numerous ancient and contemporary specialized techniques such as Byzantine iconography, egg tempera, cathedral glass and glass painting, which she has experimented with personal results of "reverse graphics".
For over twenty years she was a teacher of pictorial disciplines and drawing at the art school of Piatra Neamt, starting at the same time, starting from 1978, a vast exhibition activity which saw her participate as a guest artist in international symposiums, and exhibit in galleries and museums in Holland, Belgium, Canada, France, Spain, Switzerland and Italy.
After moving to Turin in 2000, she founded the International Artistic Association "Aripa" Gallery and School of Art, giving life to events, intercultural exchanges and projects aimed at reading the most diverse expressions of contemporary art.
