Liping Zhang

Liping Zhang, born in1957. A senior national ceremony calligrapher and painter, a senior calligrapher and painter specially hired by China Culture and Art City. He is also the vice president of China Wuling Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, the art consultant of China Jinling Academy of Painting and Calligraphy, and the vice president of calligraphy and painting at the Memorial Pavilion of the General Baoshan Deng in Tianshui, director of Gansu Academy of Painting during the Chinese Revolution. In 1993, he graduated from the oil painting training class of the Central Academy of Fine Arts, Peking, where he studied under the famous oil painter Guozhang Wen. Inherited from court training at a young age, he loves painting. He was once accepted as a student by the famous Chinese figure painter Baofeng Li. He has been selected for many national and international painting exhibitions and won awards. His works have been collected by the Bangluo Meeting Memorial Hall of the Political Bureau of the Central Committee and the Beijing 1911 Revolution Memorial Hall.
