Born in Lagos State, Nigeria. Bell-Gam hails from Opobo Town, home of the famous Treaty King Jaja, Rivers State.
Bell-Gam photo-documents and preserves endangered cultural heritages in southern Nigeria through curated exhibitions.

Bell-Gam has curated over five (exhibitions) including the 2022 Juneteenth Anniversary Celebration, Syracuse.

Bell-Gam had his first degree in Computer Science and Mathematics from the Rivers States University of Science and Technology in 2016. In 2023, he recently bagged a graduate degree in Information Technology. A curatorial certificate from Node Center for Curatorial Studies in “Socially Engaged Arts; Community and Participation.”
