Olga Brink Art

Olga Brink is a professional artist and the founder of Gallery Brink, located at Storgatan 23 c in the heart of Uppsala. In her gallery, Olga combines her creative work with a leadership role, maintaining a dedicated space for art in the city center.

Her professional background is rooted in thirteen years of academic study at the Art Gymnasium and the Belarusian State Academy of Arts, followed by many years of professional practice in Sweden. This extensive training provides the foundation for her work, blending classical technique with a modern perspective.

Olga’s primary focus is watercolor painting. She is drawn to the medium for its challenging nature and its unique balance of independence and unpredictability. Her style, Romantic Realism, connects technical clarity with an emotional atmosphere, influenced by the traditions of Impressionism and Expressionism.

In her work, Olga emphasizes the transparency and light of watercolor. By layering pigments, she creates depth and texture while maintaining the luminosity of the paper. Using a refined palette and soft forms, she focuses on capturing the character and atmosphere of her subjects.
