Pedro Garcia Socorro
Born in 1963, in Havana City, Cuba.

Graduated in 1991 in the National Art School "San Alejandro", Havana city, Cuba.

Several solo and collective exhibitions, winning different awards during the 90's, being the most important "Arte Joven 4th Bienal de la Habana. Other several collective exhibitions in Latin America (Costa Rica, Panama, and Mexico).

At the same time, I was doing gold smithery and wood carving.

From 2000 to 2004 I lived in Belgium, I started working on Interior decoration projects and Mural Paintings for private Customers, also doing studies of Fine Arts Restoration (specializing in Artwork on paper) in Brussels.
Emigrated to the USA, working in Furniture design, furniture decoration, restoration, and Faux finish.

In 2010, I was in a Collective exhibition " A Maze of Milieu" at Agora Gallery, NYC.
2019: 14th Annual Art Renewal Center International Salon. I received Honorable Mention, Category "Animal", with the Artwork title "Where is home?". 2022 finalist in the 16th annual Art Renewal Center International Salon
