Dmytro Boikov

My name is Dmytriy and I am a professional artist and have been working in the field of fine arts for over 25 years, I always try to do my work to the best of my abilities. Oil painting, watercolors, pencil drawings, for a long time I have been narrowly specializing in the execution of portraits to order.
I think that art is an alternative view of life, it is a different point of view. And the artist must share his vision. I want to convey to people the hidden meaning of everyday things and actions. My tools are a brush and a palette knife, I change them depending on the task. My paintings can be painted with either flat spots, textured layers or mixed ones. The essence of most of my works is ambiguous and is designed mainly for the viewer’s imagination.

Kharkov Art Institute of Design

From 2002 to 2008 regularly exhibited at the Kyiv Globus Gallery. Several works took part in the combined exhibition of Ukrainian artists in Berlin, Germany in 2007.
2010 exhibition in the Kyiv gallery "Art-life"., Nuremberg House in Kharkov.
2011 exhibition in the regional Kharkov gallery.
2014 – several paintings at an exhibition in Poland, Chelm “The Art of the Border”.
2015 - collective exhibition in Kharkov.
2017 – collective exhibition in Kiev
