ABOUT
Paolo Zannelli (b. 1993, Palermo) is an Italian fine art photographer whose black and white work explores architecture as a language of silence, order and light.
Drawn to symmetry for its ability to bring order to chaos, he isolates buildings from their surroundings, reducing them to essential lines, planes and shadows. Long exposures turn skies into soft movement, while façades become still, almost abstract compositions: a quiet balance between empty and filled space, between the concrete and the abstract.
His ongoing series Silent Geometry looks for the moment when everyday architecture stops being functional and becomes pure form.
Alongside his personal work, Paolo has a background in still life and product photography, a discipline that shapes his attention to precision, light and detail.
Each photograph is offered as a signed, numbered limited edition, printed on archival fine art paper and accompanied by a certificate of authenticity.
