Alfredo Rolando

Alfredo Rolando, is a mixed media Peruvian-Canadian artist (1977) known for his kinetic style of painting. Rolando employs a distinctive ‘splashing’ technique inspired by Jackson Pollock’s dripping style, Alfredo uses accuracy and precision in his splashes of paint to infuse his creations with energy and movement. Alfredo is inspired by his drive to share motivational stories that can deeply move his audience.

Rolando is an abstract painter known for his splashing technique to create dynamic works that explore themes of personal development and internal growth. His frenetic splashes of paint guide viewers through the imagined landscapes of their subconscious to encourage purposeful, internal contemplation.

Although Alfredo found his passion for abstract painting at the age of four, he developed his unique technique while living in China during the pandemic. He continuously innovates to fulfill his innate desire to balance harmony and disarray.
