Pavlos Katavelos

Dr. P. Katavelos, a medical doctor from Thessaloniki and Athens, Greece, is an artist who creates anatomical studies of the greatest works of art in the world, reconstructs works of art from antiquity (metopes, reliefs, and sculptures), and restores drawings, paintings, and sculptures from the classical Greco-Roman world, Renaissance, Mannerism, and Baroque periods. He also studies old masters' masterpieces and classical contemporary artworks.
