**Artist Bio: Kenny Lord**
My life took a sudden turn when a car hit me while I was riding my bike. My bones are healing. The concussion symptoms linger. I love my job in construction but dizziness and disorientation prevent me from returning. Drumming is my lifetime passion, but I can't handle the noise and vibration.
The good news: this life-changing event sparked something new—an art journey filled with creativity and expression.
Encouraged by Linda Diane Taylor I started exploring art as a form of therapy. At first, I just tried paint pouring—what a mess I made. I helped around her studio and played with her art supplies. She has a plethora. I found excitement in experimenting and playing with the colours. I had my doubts about creating anything appealing to others. Linda encouraged me.
Now I'm making my unique pieces.
Painting isn't just a hobby for me—it's a source of deep peace and healing during this transformative time. Through Art, I express my emotions, embrace my experiences, and gain a newfound perspective. I use my photos of bike riding, nature, and travel to find inspiration.
