Swantje Andersen

Swantje Andersen is a professional German artist. She is also active as a researcher in art historical and medical research projects.
Since studying painting and graphic arts at the Düsseldorf Art Academy, she has presented her work in numerous solo and group exhibitions and has established herself as an independent artistic voice in the contemporary art scene. She moves confidently between various forms of artistic expression—from abstract expressionism and color field painting to kinetic and figurative approaches. The result is multilayered visual worlds of poetic intensity that invite reflection and leave room for individual interpretation.
Through the sale of her artworks, she aims to contribute to animal welfare and nature conservation. A portion of the proceeds from her sales is donated to relevant organizations.
