Natalia Danyliuk

Ukrainian artist Natalia Danyliuk works at the intersection of classical Flemish painting techniques and contemporary floral symbolism.

Her artistic journey began with a profound admiration for the Dutch Old Masters, particularly their mastery of light, texture, and symbolism. Over more than a decade of dedicated study, she explored the techniques of 15th- and 16th-century painters, creating numerous copies and conducting extensive research into historical painting methods and their emotional and symbolic language.

This academic foundation became the basis of her own artistic voice. Natalia combines the multilayered glazing methods of the Old Masters with a contemporary vision, transforming traditional techniques into modern visual narratives distinguished by luminosity, depth, and emotional resonance.

Flowers have become the central motif of her artistic practice, symbolizing resilience, renewal, beauty, and the continuity of life.
