Javier Alarcón Luna

Dirty is an artist and illustrator living and working in L’Hospitalet de Llobregat, Barcelona, Spain.

He has always been attracted to drawing and it was in 2001 where he started in the world of graffiti. After several years developing his technique with aerosol, he decided to study graphic design and become professional, leaving graffiti aside but using it as an aesthetic resource.

For several years as a freelancer and in an agency, he decides that it is time to dedicate himself completely to his passion, which is drawing and artistic creation.

Currently he does personal and professional projects, creating artistic pieces in his studio, collaborating with brands, and painting commissioned and freelance murals.

His work is a mix between the exploration of the figurative form and the representation of direct and abstract concepts, or simple aesthetic exercises.
Usual figurative representations with a certain cubist load, their solid line and their already characteristic application of color influenced by his past experience in the world of graffiti.

With it, Dirty projects stimulating messages, literal or metaphorical, loaded with optimism, color and contrast.
