In each artwork she wants to convey the dynamics and richness of the moment, to capture the magic of color and form. Her paintings are filled with optimism, they are designed to give the viewer a burst of positive emotions.
The artist believes that art can change our mood, inspire new achievements and transform the world around us.

The artist's distinctive style is characterized by colorful brushstrokes, geometric shapes and expressive elements.
The main theme of the artworks is the simple joys of life. These are bright flowers, still lifes, landscapes, the sea, the sun, interiors with warm memories, lovely pets and women who live in this “dopamine” world.

Rivas has taken part in exhibitions in Canada and USA, such as "Life and Death", "Tears and Smiles", "TIME", "Precious" and "Just summer in my mind". Her painting “The Dreamer” graced the cover of the exhibition catalog and was sold within the first hours of the opening.
In 2022, she presented her work at The Other Art Fair Saatchi Art in the USA, and in 2021 participated in online exhibitions on Artsy and Vatikam. The artist has three diplomas from the International Association VATIKAM (France, Paris): “Best works of 2016”, “Best works of 2019” and a special diploma for creativity.

Also among the group exhibitions in which artist took part, special mention should be made of the Online art show “Salvador Dali in the paintings of contemporary artists” (USA St. Pete Florida, Salvador Dali Museum) and Affordable Art Fair (China, Hong Kong).
