Ruth Piper

I would define myself as an eclectic image painter. My paintings are based on images that have caught my eye at some point and almost beg to be painted. I believe a good painting is one that tells stories that can vary from viewer to viewer.

Received a bronze medal for "Interlude" at the Paris 2024 Salon des artistes français.

Received a "mention" for "Giardino del Quirinale" at the 2019 Salon des artistes français, Paris.

Received the 2017 Madeleine Paillard award at the Salon des artistes français, Paris.

Has been a member of the Société des artistes français since 2018.

Solo exhibition in 2011 in the Hayek Gallery, Tel-aviv.

​Has been teaching realistic painting since 2013.
