Iulianiia Le Borgne

I am a painter whose work is informed by neo-impressionism and pointillism, while developing a personal visual language that extends beyond historical movements. At the core of my practice is the transmission of sensory experience and perception of the surrounding world.

I do not depict objects directly; instead, I create their emotional and sensory equivalents. My paintings aim to make visible sound, vibration, inner rhythm, and pulsation - as if perception itself were translated into color and texture.

My professional musical background has profoundly shaped my artistic thinking. In my paintings, I work with rhythm, tension, pauses, and harmony, treating color, brushstroke, and texture as elements of a visual score.

A central theme in my work is folklore, understood as cultural memory, collective unconscious, and archetypal imagery. These elements frequently emerge throughout my series, transformed through a contemporary painterly language.

I work primarily in series. Each series functions as an independent investigation of a specific state, philosophical theme, or inner experience.
