Hernany Gonçalves was born in the city of Beira, Mozambique, on June 18, 1979. He moved to Lisbon in 1990, where he completed his secondary education at Colégio de Pina Manique. From a young age, he stood out for his artistic talent, receiving the "Artistic Merit" award. He graduated in Ceramics/Modeling, Visual Arts, and Equipment Design and began a Bachelor's degree in Communication Design at the Lusófona University of Lisbon. His journey includes participation in various exhibitions and public competitions, enriching his professional and artistic experience. Hernany's works are marked by deep symbolism, exploring feelings and human relationships. He currently lives and works in Lisbon, where he continues to develop his artistic creations with versatility and innovation.
