I spent two decades bringing Western corporate discipline to China. After studying physics at Shandong University and earning an MBA from the University of Michigan, I managed multimillion-dollar R&D projects at Lucent Technologies and Microsoft, then led international technology transfer for a major Shandong investment group. My job was to decode foreign systems and make them work locally。

Today I run the same playbook in reverse, for culture.
Based in Jinan, I operate at the intersection of a twenty-year-old Qilu School painting collective and cross-border digital platforms. Instead of fighting for attention in a saturated local market, we are building recognition for mid-career Chinese ink painters directly with European and North American collectors through livestreaming, independent e-commerce, and knowledge-based content.

My approach is unorthodox but systematic. We don't just sell paintings; we sell the context—comparative art history sessions that place Confucius traditions beside European Romanticism, live studio sessions showing the material logic of ink and paper, and tiered offerings from digital reports for casual enthusiasts to semi-commissioned works for serious collectors.
