Mario Pérez

Mario Pérez, a visual artist originally from Guaymas, Sonora, has been living and creating in
Puerto Peñasco, Mexico, since 2015. Mario has enjoyed creating art throughout his life, with a
deep passion for acrylic painting and mixed media that explores vibrant shapes and colors,
capturing the beauty of life and nature. He studied plastic and visual arts at Casa de la Cultura
de Sonora and the Escuela de Bellas Artes de la Universidad de Sonora, specializing in
painting, engraving, and ceramic modeling. His art has been exhibited internationally,
including at the Metanoïa Gallery in Paris, the Arizona Latino Arts and Cultural Center (ALAC)
in Phoenix, the Rosarito Art Fest, and locally in Puerto Peñasco. He continues to evolve his
craft, making his work accessible through online platforms and print-on-demand products
