Deepthi V K

Deepthi is an Indian artist and illustrator. Her areas of specialization are wide ranged – still life, landscape, plein air and portraits to name a few. Inspired by nature, Deepthi’s paintings reflect her love of the great expanse and respect for its creatures.

Hailing from Kerala and residing in Chennai, Deepthi’s interest towards art and nature sprouted during her childhood and got nurtured as she grew up.

Commencing her art career with acrylic paintings, Deepthi further expanded her portfolio to plein air and still life painting. Today her broad spectrum of artwork is a kaleidoscope of poetic studio landscapes, plein air studies, story-based illustrations and still life paintings. Animals and depictions of real life are regular fodder for her canvas.

Deepthi’s paintings made their way to prestigious Art Exhibitions and galleries of celebrated Art Collectors. Some of her work have been featured in numerous publications.

Today, she stands tall as a renowned art teacher in Chennai, imparting her passion to the upcoming new generation and guiding beginners into the world of art.
