Lesia Yatskanych

Lesia Yatskanych is a contemporary abstract painter, based in Lviv, Ukraine.
Studied at the Academy of Style and Design Andre Tan, Ivan Franko National University of Lviv, member of the Small Academy of Arts. Lesia's works are in many private collections worldwide.
She works with interior designers on a regular basis.
Lesia specializes in abstract 3D textured painting.
“I inspire by nature in my works. I like to convey the beauty of nature through textures. Most of my works are tactile, they make you want to touch.
I like to depict the texture of the earth, the moon, shooting stars, magma flowing from a volcano, flowers...
The beauty around us seems quite familiar and ordinary, sometimes we forget about its value, and only when we lose it do we begin to realize it.”
