Ivan Valevich

I am a German artist working with the expression of human emotions through the state and color palette of the body.
My practice uses recurring motifs to convey the monotony and persistence of emotional states.
I am particularly interested in the relationship between the scale of the figure and the canvas, and in the tension that arises from the conflict between the body and the limited space surrounding it.
