Rita has always been a creative soul - she sees her life’s purpose in painting.
From a young age, she knew that her path lay in the arts.
She remembers herself from the age of five and recalls clearly saying, “I was born for art!”

Rita draws inspiration from the world of painting and the mysterious beauty of nature.
For her, painting is the art of mastering color and working with contrast to convey depth through the interplay of light and shadow.
"Painting allows me to retreat into nature, to hear birds singing, leaves rustling, and the sound of wind and swirling ocean waves. I am inspired and in awe of Mother Earth’s beauty. I express my emotions and impressions on a white canvas - reflecting the breathtaking beauty of the Universe!"

Rita is a professional artist, a member of the international PSHR (Creative Union of Artists of Russia), as well as a member of the PSH (Artist Union of Israel named after Chagall) for the past ten years. She has completed numerous courses to continuously develop and refine her skills.

My education
2018-2022 - Studied at the School of Oil Painting, under professional artist Gennady Sontu in Haifa, Israel.
The training was based on the Flemish Academic Technique of the Old Masters, following the traditions of the “Little Dutch Masters.”
Completed courses in:
• Flemish academic painting techniques of the Old Masters
• Watercolor and sketchbook fundamentals
• Principles of form construction and basic still-life composition
2020-2023 - Attended the online “Oil Painting School” based in Saint Petersburg, Russia.
Studied under professional artists of the Creative Union of Artists of Russia (PSHR).
Completed advanced programs, including:
• “Master’s Program” - focused on in-depth knowledge of academic painting
• Courses dedicated to developing a personal artistic voice and authorship
2023 - Completed the “Freedom” course, focused on refining personal style and creative expression.
Also part of the Saint Petersburg online “Oil Painting School.”
