CEAUX’s body of work pivots around his playful and witty depiction engaged with a variety of iconic images. When he creates a new image out of the existing one, the essential process is reflecting what is associated with the subject. Regardless of the distortive attempts on corporate logos and popular characters, he actually projects the charms of these icons onto the backdrop of visual languages established in contemporary consumer culture.

Technically, he integrates all visual elements on a flat painted surface generated by unmediated coloring without any use of masking tape. The meticulous execution prepares a seamless field for both visual and conceptual aspect to overlap on his canvas.

His works are in private collections worldwide, including Pigozzi Collection.
