Vincent Kempe

My work explores the psychological und philosophical struggles that often remain hidden beneath everyday life. Rather than focusing solely on beauty, I create paintings that confront themes many people experience but rarely speak about such as fear, addiction, temptation, isloation, inner conflict and the search for meaning. Although my paintings often appear dark or unsettling at first glance, they are not intended to glorify suffering. Even in the darkest compositions, there is always a spark of light.

I am a self-taught artist, continously developing my practice through independent study and exploration of philosophy and psychology.
Currently completing the German Abitur (High School Diploma)

I participated in the public exhibition of the BBK Jugendkunstpreis Bonn/Rhein-Sieg, where I presented my artworks to the public for the first time and was honored as a prize winner
