What is really near and dear to my heart is devoting time and care to the complexity of painting experience, building an articulate, orderly and free visual narrative.
The intent is being able to inhabit a place suspended between reason and feeling, action and thought.
In other words, letting oneself be raptured by the sensory experience, and reaching an uncharted land to be explored under the guidance of matter.
This ever flowing and ever changing painting process becomes an exercise in play and pleasure, a stream of awareness that lifts and goes with the spirit.
