My work begins with paper—a humble material that I transform by hand into sculptural wall pieces inspired by nature.
I am fascinated by texture, organic forms and the quiet beauty found in imperfection. Every layer is built slowly, allowing the surface to develop its own character. No molds are used, making each piece entirely unique.
Nature is my greatest source of inspiration. Leaves, coral, bark, stone and weathered surfaces all find their way into my work, not as exact copies but as memories and impressions shaped by hand.
I believe that art should not only be seen but felt. My intention is to create objects that bring stillness into a space—pieces that invite people to pause, look closer and discover beauty in subtle details.
Each work carries countless hours of patient craftsmanship and becomes a one-of-a-kind object with its own presence and story.
Creating is not simply what I do—it is how I experience and understand the world.
I graduated from Riga College of Applied Arts and received a Bachelor's degree in Art Pedagogy from the University of Latvia.
