RECOGNITION
Andrea Cáceres is a Venezuelan-born, New York–based artist known for her joyful, narrative-driven illustrations that celebrate the connection between pets, language, and belonging. She has created thousands of custom pet portraits, developed collaborations with brands such as It’s Nice That, Meta, and Microsoft, and expanded her artistic vision into textiles, editorial projects, and fine art, she build a devoted following turning everyday moments into art.
Her publishing career began with the acclaimed children’s book My Dog Just Speaks Spanish (Candlewick, 2023), followed by Hello Tobi (2025) and Dog Affirmations (Bloomsbury, 2025). All celebrate identity, resilience, and the unique relationships we form with our pets.
Her first art fine art show in May 2025 sold out almost completely, affirming her place as a rising star in the contemporary art world.
