Van Robert is a genius of his own time. Born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic, Van Robert
is a color master who has become on the main revelations of Dominican artistry. Internationally
known for his hidden context, Van Robert is a current member of the Dominican School of
Artists, International Association of Plastic Artists and UNESCO. Having the pleasure of knowing
and working closely with Master Felix Disla (founder of the Hispanic American Painters and
Sculptors of New York), this artist has skillfully mastered the art of true color and the master of
color combination/mixture on pure canvas.
