I have been painting for the last 18 years with oils, inks, crayons and pencils> i will often use collage to increase the depth of a painting or add another dimension.
I like to be free in my work but realising the importance of composition and form.
My colours are often bright and vibrant rich and deep influenced by my early years living in India.
i then lived in Ireland and ultimately in England where i have painted landscapes mainly on the North Norfolk Coast and west coast of Scotland.
I am recently drawing and enjoying some figurative work in inks.
I live in London with my husband and daughter .

I have a teacher and mentor who has taught me for the last 14 years. He has helped with my confidence and ability to create work . The challenge of abstraction and love of shape and form has been most important. in my paintings
