Mouna Akebli

Born in Morocco in 1994, I am a self-taught artist who finds deep resonance in the language of color and emotion. My work is a personal journey unfiltered, intuitive, and rooted in the contrasts that shape the human experience.

Blue and orange are the lifeblood of my paintings. Blue speaks to the quiet, contemplative soul of the work evoking depth, longing, and serenity while orange brings warmth, movement, and a visceral pulse that interrupts silence. The dialogue between these two colors defines my creative identity and reflects my view of life as both delicate and bold.

Each canvas is a silent conversation between solitude and light, chaos and balance. I paint not from rules, but from feeling. My art is not something I was taught it’s something I remembered.
