Maia Avlokhashvili

I am a self-taught artist with a professional background in mathematics and psychology. For many years, I worked in academic and analytical fields, but painting found its way into my life later on—as a natural and deeply personal form of expression.

Although I have no formal education in art, I create intuitively, letting emotion, observation, and inner reflection guide my work. My background in science and psychology often shows through in the balance between structure and spontaneity in my paintings.

For me, art is not about perfection—it's about exploration. Each piece is a moment of discovery, a reflection of thoughts, feelings, and memories. I truly believe it's never too late to tell your story through color, texture, and form.
