Kapila Priyantha

I'm Kapila Priyantha and I've always had a deep love for creativity, even from a young age.

I have previously held several art exhibitions with some another artists participating in, which was conducted by George Keyt Foundation. My skills and experience enable me to make creations in multiple mediums, but my preference is more towards Acrylics due to its versatility and ease of use. I also loves to create drawings on various subjects and shapes such as nature inspired subjects along with human and animal forms beautifully created on my canvasses.


And also I am making hand crafted scenes from driftwood found from river coasts. As I said I am doing these things not only for earning money but also for my pleasure.

I am currently employed as a chef and my dedication to my beloved craft has not even diminished a bit. I am considering painting as my second profession. I was in US embassy Doha Qatar as a marine chef from 2010-2013. There too I considered painting as one of my main work and many people bought my paintings in that short period of time.
