Dario Cavicchioni

Dario Cavicchioni is a London-based oil painter known for luminous still lifes, expressive portraits and intimate interiors. Trained in classical techniques, he combines robust drawing and careful observation with a contemporary sense of light and colour.

His recent work explores the quiet drama of everyday objects – flowers, glass, textiles and table settings – alongside characterful portraits that capture mood as much as likeness. Each painting is built in layered glazes and subtle edges, creating depth, atmosphere and a strong sense of presence.
