Kristina Benz

I create visual spaces where everyday moments meet the surreal.
I am a visual artist based in Germany, working in painting, printmaking, drawing, and collage. My work explores the intersection of everyday life and dreamlike imagination, transforming familiar scenes into poetic, sometimes surreal visual spaces. Using mixed media on paper and canvas, I combine layered textures, bold color contrasts, and unexpected juxtapositions. Themes of memory, urban solitude, and quiet observation run through my work, often with a subtle sense of humor. I seek to create images that invite viewers to pause, reflect, and connect with their own stories.
